Easter Vigil at St. John’s – 7:30pm
Easter – 8am & 10:30am with brunch at 9am and Egg Hunt at noon.
On Sunday, March 24th we bid a happy hello to our newest congregant. Clothes for those released from prison are neededWhen incarcerated individuals leave prison, they have limited possessions. They leave with a box of their belongings.A program at Washington Corrections Center (WCC) seeks to help these individuals entering the community – and it needs your help.WCC has a Release Clothing Closet. Since 2013, the program has given sets of gently used clothing to people who have completed their prison sentences at WCC. St. Christopher’s Christmas Pageant on Dec. 16, 2018, Coordinated by Annaka Thibodeaux and assisting leaders, Carrie Bowen, Pam Nistler, and Charlotte Clark-Neitzel. Set construction by John Nistler and sound tech by Fr. James. Big thank you’s to all the parents who came to rehearsals, helped keep focus, added encouragement, and generally just loved on every kid.
Our Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 27th, 2019 following the 10:30am service. (There will be no 8am service on January 27th.) What has God has been doing in our midst? What people are excited about? What plans are in the future?How can I be involved and make a difference? Come see what God has done!
