Memorandum of Understanding
Between Thurston County Food Bank and St. Christopher Church Food Satellite (SCCFS)

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to establish guidelines for the storage and distribution of certain perishable items.

By signing this Memorandum, the SCCFS food pantry acknowledges that they have read and understood the various conditions outlined in this document. Failure by the food pantry to adhere to the terms set out above or elsewhere in the Policies and Procedures Manual constitutes a breach of contract and may lead to a termination of services by TCFB.

Both parties agree with this Memorandum of Understanding as written, effective 8/21/20. This agreement is in force until terminated, with a minimum of fifteen (15) day written notice from either party to the other. Other modifications may be made to this agreement in writing by mutual agreement of both parties.
