Dessert in the Garden – June 9, 5-7pm
The Open Hands Food Bank Garden is now up and running, growing food for families in need in the Steamboat Island community, and we’d like to share this exciting project with you! The whole Steamboat Island community is invited to Dessert in the Garden, this coming Sunday.
What:
Treats, conversation, live music, and a chance to learn about the Open Hands Food Bank Garden and how you can help grow food for people in need, right here in our community.
When:
Sunday, June 9, from 5-7pm. Drop by any time.
Where:
The Open Hands Food Bank Garden, located on the grounds of St. Christopher’s Community Church. Directions are here.
Who:
You, your neighbors, your friends, and anyone interested in learning more about this community-wide project. All are welcome–kids, too!
