Return to Growing in Faith

Youth Ministry

We are made for relationships–with God and with one another.  We’re made to be connected, to be learning and growing together, to share the journey of life.

Youth ministry at St. Christopher’s is about relationships.  It is our goal to be connecting young people with one another, with adults in the congregation, with the world, and with God.

We value the presence and perspective of young people in all areas of church life–in worship, in our leadership teams, in outreach and service–and we are also committed to young people having their own place within the congregation.  Youth group is about providing this set apart space.

Youth Group

During the school year, youth group meets on the first and third Sunday of every month from 6:30 to 8pm.  We gather for worship, games, Bible study, and activities.  Youth group time gets spent in a variety of ways, from being silly to praying for one another and the needs of the world.

Also during the school year, we serve one day each month at the Thurston County Food Bank, packing bags for the FORKids program that provides food for local students in need to take home with them on the weekends.

The St. Christopher’s youth group is a place to belong, where you’ll be known and valued and appreciated for the person God has made you.

Youth group is for kids in grade six through high school and is led by our youth leader, Dani Egan, and Pastor Andy.

Be sure to check the youth calendar regularly for our upcoming events.
