Our Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 27th, 2019 following the 10:30am service. (There will be no 8am service on January 27th.)

Additionally, we will be asking our members in good standing to discern God’s will and vote accordingly on our council leadership, budget, and to decide on our representation at the 2019 Synod Assembly (ELCA).

Our format will be different this year. We will be presenting a narrative budget along with short snippets of our various ministries. 

Nursery care will be provided and coloring/craft activities for children will be available. 

For voting and canonical purposes members in good standing are those who are baptized, have attended and received Communion at least three times in the last 365 days, and who contribute of their time, talent, and money to the life and ministry of the congregation. While only members in good standing can cast votes, the meeting is open and everyone is welcome to attend.
